So, not once in the source material do we have this confirmed- as far as the story goes, in either the light novels or the anime, Kirito literally has only dated a member of the opposite sex (and aside from the original web version, Asuna is the only implied partner he’s had). Neither is this me asserting this as a fact, but rather it’s just a bit of fun analysis from this bi guy’s perspective. Before I ramble, let me just start with this: it’s just my personal interpretation and headcanon and is by no means an attack on any one specific ship.
